Prendiville Catholic College

Architect – Franco Carozzi Architects

Client – Prendiville Catholic College

The two storey student services building which was recently completed for the Prendiville Catholic College is positioned on a site that utilizes an embankment to achieve a view and look over the main oval for the students and teachers. The site that the centre was built on was very tight and right between two existing buildings however we were still able to construct a two storey building that had a total floor area including the balcony of over 680m2. Upon completion of the project and as per the reference from the client, the school Bursar who was the clients representative on the project noted that in over 25 years of being a part of the construction of several classrooms, gyms and other school projects that this was the most successful project that he had ever been a part of and that Sanpro Construction performed far beyond the other builders he had worked with. This has now resulted in Sanpro Construction being contracted directly by the school to complete additional works for the school which as a company, is something we are extremely proud of.
